Payments for Translator Pro are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This policy explains how refunds work for subscription payments.
1. Subscription refunds
Refunds for paid subscriptions (PRO, MAX) are handled in accordance with applicable law, Paddle's refund policy, and this refund policy.
For your first payment, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. However, refunds requested between 8 and 14 days after the payment date are granted in full only if there is no usage history as described below.
Usage history includes the following:
- Use of PRO- or MAX-only features
- Creating, analyzing, saving, downloading, or exporting results through paid features
- Use of paid credits, usage allowance, tokens, or equivalent resources
- Any other substantial use of paid subscription benefits
Simply signing in, checking billing information, or visiting the subscription management page is not considered usage history.
Renewal payments — that is, recurring charges from the second cycle onward — are generally non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Partial or pro-rated refunds for time already used are not provided.
Where a refund is required by applicable law or Paddle's policy, those standards take precedence.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Request through the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" links in the Paddle receipt email sent at the time of purchase
- Or send your purchase email address and the reason for the refund to admin@sapsaldog.com
Refund eligibility is reviewed based on the payment date, usage history, subscription status, applicable law, and Paddle's policy.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
After cancellation, no further charges occur from the next billing date. However, cancellation does not constitute a refund of payments already made.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be limited in the following cases:
- Paid features or subscription benefits have already been used
- The refund is requested after a renewal payment
- Violation of the Terms of Service, fraudulent use, or refund abuse is confirmed
- More than 14 days have passed since the payment date
- A refund restriction is permitted under applicable law or Paddle's policy
However, if a critical technical error in the service prevented normal use of paid features and the issue remains unresolved after reasonable measures, we may review the refund separately.
